This highly professional and personable real estate team is made up of Mark Kaletta and Deanne Stott. The two bring over 25 years of combined experience to their craft and have completed over 1,000 transactions at the local, regional and national levels.

Having served as the preferred Realtors for Navy Federal Credit Union and USAA they have gained expertise in relocation and developed a tremendous amount of knowledge pertaining to the majority of San Diego’s communities. They have also discovered and researched properties for San Diego’s most competitive investors to develop and perfect their expertise and understanding of the majority of San Diego County’s most significant communities. Mark and Deanne’s team consists of an escrow coordinator, marketing coordinator and other strategic partners who ensure the delivery of an over-the-top customer service experience which will surely impress. More importantly this team of professionals will bring each sale to a calm, confident, and stress free close.

Mark and Deanne are professional and personal partners who reside in the Village of La Jolla. Combined they have 7 adult children, three grandchildren and a not so attractive little dog name Lexi who negates their “empty nest” status. Their office is located centrally in the heart of Mission Valley.

Deanne, as a military dependent, grew up in Camp Pendleton, 29 Palms and Point Loma.  It was her love for what we know as America’s Finest City that inspired her to attend college locally at San Diego State University as an undergraduate and then at the University of San Diego for post-graduate studies. Afterwards Deanne would ultimately settle in her family’s hometown of San Diego where she worked as a paralegal for Latham and Watkins specializing in Real Estate law, litigation, and mergers and acquisitions.

Deanne has been licensed since 2004, but during that time sold real estate part-time while raising her children. Deanne also could be seen working as a business development specialist/community liaison for Rady Children’s Hospital San Diego until 2014 when she jumped into her real estate profession full time.

Her tenacious, competitive and around the clock work ethic propelled her to be ranked among the top producers of one of San Diego’s most recognized real estate teams. Her momentum has never stopped. She branched off with her partner to form their own professional real estate service team and in her first year, Deanne was awarded the San Diego Association of Realtor’s Circle of Excellence award, as well as San Diego Magazine’s Rising Star 5 Star Agent award. These accolades are determined by production as well as peer and client reviews.

Deanne has been described as being fearlessly authentic. Her clients immediately connect with her, are confident that she will do whatever it takes to get the job done and willingly tackles the impossible. Mark is a native of Ohio and when you meet him you will instantly be drawn to his integrity and his genuine personality. Mark relocated to San Diego in 2014 to be close to his children and grandchildren.

Prior to the launch of his 19 year career in real estate Mark was employed as a financial consultant for Merrill Lynch. While Mark has been licensed as a professional Realtor in California since 2016 he has held licenses in Ohio and Oregon. Mark has successfully completed over 1,000 transactions while serving as a member of the Professional Standards and Grievance Committees of local real estate boards.

When it comes to negotiation you do not want to be on the opposite side of the skill he intelligently and calmly delivers to get his clients the most favorable terms possible in their real estate transaction. His focused attention to detail will leave not one of your home’s features out of the spotlight or any matter unaddressed.

Mark’s creative and sometimes quirky ability to think outside of the box has enabled him to get some of the toughest and perhaps most impossible properties sold when other Realtors have failed. He is the partner that every winner wants in their corner.
